The name Yazeedah holds significance in Islamic history as it is the name of several prominent women. One is the wife of Prophet Muhammad SAW, Safiyyah bint Huyayy ibn Akhtab, who is said to have brought glad tidings to the Prophet regarding a temptation that he had concerning her.
