Rajya

A sign of power, leadership, and self-rule

The Islamic name Rajya has cultural significance due to its historical camel connection in Islamic societies where women were referred to as Rajyat (plural) due to their role in the caravan trade, bringing goods from one place to another. The description of a successful tradewoman in this context was often "Rajya Al-Thaqilah" (Heavy Rajya), signifying her strength and independence in working and managing her business, providing for her family, and contributing to society's prosperity.
