Quadriyyah

Signifying a journey to the fourth level of spiritual awareness

The term "Quadriyyah" is rooted in Arabic and holds a significant place in Islamic culture, referring to the fourth Imam of the Shia Muslims, Imam Ali al-Hadi. He was the son and successor of Imam Muhammad al-Baqir and the father of Imam Hasan al-Askari. Quadriyyah is also the name of the culturally and historically important city in Iraq known as Najaf, where Imam Ali al-Hadi and his successor Imam Hasan al-Askari are buried. The city has immense religious significance for Shia Muslims and attracts millions of pilgrims yearly. Apart from this, Quadriyyah has been the name of various scholarly, literary, and religious institutions, reflecting its cultural and historical importance in the Islamic world.
