Baraat

The term "Baraat" in Islam holds significant cultural importance, as it refers to one who performs a great act or a pilgrimage to the holy city of Makkah. Baraat is the name given to pilgrims who have completed their Hajj (the Islamic pilgrimage) or Umrah (a lesser pilgrimage) to the holy mosque in Mecca.
